Because of their private area is too close to the public area and have nothing to cut out space between both areas. so they start to put some plants in front of their place to cut out their area from the public areas. Sometimes they put it in front of their place or sometimes in the public area and occupied that area to use but also still can walk pass and go near it. so this area is combined between public and private space.
